What the calculator does
This calculator scores your profile under the Express Entry changes effective November 3, 2026. It carries IRCC's full high-wage occupation list (186 NOCs in three wage levels), so you enter your Canadian work history and any job offer by NOC code and the calculator assigns the wage level for you. It applies the Labour Market Integration rule automatically: the higher of the Canadian work experience route and the job offer route, never both. Your estimated score is then plotted against recent draw cut-offs on a live chart. The calculator was built by Dhillon Immigration Law, a Canadian immigration law firm, and updated on October 19, 2026 for these changes.
What the numbers mean
Express Entry candidates are ranked by their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.
From November 3, 2026, a new Labour Market Integration factor awards up to 150 points for either Canadian work experience (with a bonus for experience in high-wage occupations) or a qualifying job offer in a high-wage occupation, whichever is higher, never both. A high-wage occupation is set by NOC code, not by the candidate's pay: an occupation qualifies when its median wage in Canada is at least 1.3 times the Canadian average median wage. The list taking effect November 3, 2026 has 186 occupations in three levels (2x, 1.5x and 1.3x). No LMIA is required for an Express Entry job offer from November 3, 2026, and an LMIA earns no extra points.

IRCC said existing profiles would be recalculated automatically and invitation rounds paused for up to two weeks after November 3, 2026, and that candidates seeking job offer points should have the offer in their profile before that date.
Cut-offs vary by draw type. Because scores are recalculated on November 3, 2026, cut-offs from later rounds will reflect the new factor. The chart in the calculator above shows the latest cut-offs.
